Processing Time
Each Oriens mousepad is handcrafted to order. Please allow 14-21 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipping.
Delivery Times
- • Italy: 3-8 business days
- • Europe: 2-7 business days
Shipping Costs
We do not have a fixed shipping cost (yet). The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can monitor your package's journey every step of the way by just chat /check in our discord or via email.
Returns
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost - The damaged item must be returned to us.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@oriens.gg within 7 business days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent promptly.
Damaged During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately at support@oriens.gg. We work with premium carriers, but in the rare event of shipping damage, we will ensure you receive a replacement.
